WITHDRAWAL OF TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE - LISTING REVIEW NOTICE

TORONTO, ONTARIO – July 18, 2016: Buffalo Coal Corp. (TSXV: BUF; JSE: BUC) (“Buffalo” or “the
Company")
refers shareholders to the announcement dated January 14, 2016 wherein
Buffalo Coal
advised that it had been notified by the Compliance & Disclosure Department of the TSX
Venture
Exchange (“TSXV”) that the Company was being placed on notice for transfer to the NEX Board
of the
TSXV (“NEX”) for failure to meet the public float continued listing requirements of the TSXV.
Shareholders are advised that the Company has restored compliance with the TSXV continued listing
requirements and that the TSXV has withdrawn the notice of transfer to the NEX.
